Selling Prices

Prices for each product are shown on the respective product pages. All listed prices include consumption tax.

Additional Fees Beyond Product Price

Shipping

Shipping fees vary by delivery region. Details are shown at the time of ordering.

• Flat rate nationwide: ¥500
• Free shipping on orders of ¥5,000 or more

Payment Processing Fee

No fee is charged for credit card payments.

Payment Timing

Payment follows the billing date of each credit card company. Payment is completed at the time the product is ordered.

Product Delivery Timing

Orders are normally shipped within 3–7 business days after order confirmation. Delays may occur depending on delivery conditions. A tracking number will be sent by email upon shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Products

Please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange an exchange or refund at our expense.

• Product has a defect
• A product different from what was ordered was delivered
• Product was damaged in transit

Returns at Customer's Request

Returns are accepted when all of the following conditions are met:

• Within 30 days of product arrival
• Product is unopened and unused
• Product tag and packaging are intact

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Due to the nature of food products, returns or exchanges after opening cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

• Products that have been opened or used
• Products soiled or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
• Products for which more than 30 days have elapsed since delivery

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product is confirmed.
