These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the website “DoSee Wellness” (https://doseewellness.com, the “Site”) operated by DoSee Group Inc. (the “Company,” “we,” or “us”) and for purchasing products through the Site. Please use the Site only after agreeing to these Terms (users of the Site are referred to as “Users”).
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
- These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and Users regarding the browsing and use of the Site and the purchase of products through the Site.
- The “Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act” and other individual provisions posted by the Company on the Site form part of these Terms. If an individual provision differs from these Terms, the individual provision prevails.
Article 2 (Formation of the Sales Contract)
- Users shall apply to purchase products in accordance with the procedures specified by the Company.
- A sales contract is formed when the Company confirms the order and sends an order confirmation notice.
- The Company may refuse an order or cancel a concluded sales contract in any of the following cases:
- Where the application is found to have been made with false information
- Where the designated payment method is not approved
- Where the Company determines that the purchase exceeds ordinary consumption purposes, such as a purchase for resale
- Where there has been any other violation of these Terms
Article 3 (Prices and Payment)
- Product prices are displayed on each product page of the Site (inclusive of consumption tax).
- Payment shall be made by the payment methods designated by the Company. Payments are processed through our payment processor (Stripe), and the Company never retains credit card information.
- Shipping fees and other costs in addition to the product price are displayed during the order process.
Article 4 (Delivery)
- Products are delivered within Japan only.
- Shipping times and other delivery conditions are as set forth in the “Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.”
- The Company is not responsible if a product cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to the User, such as an incorrect delivery address.
Article 5 (Returns and Cancellation)
- The conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds are as set forth in the “Notation Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.”
- Returns for the User's convenience are accepted only for unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. In such cases, return shipping costs are borne by the User.
- Due to the nature of food products, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after opening; provided, however, that this does not apply if the product is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)
Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Site:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts related to criminal activity
- Purchasing products for resale or other commercial purposes
- Registering or declaring false information
- Using unauthorized payment methods or placing other fraudulent orders
- Acts that infringe the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights or interests of the Company or third parties
- Placing an excessive load on, or gaining unauthorized access to, the Site's servers or network
- Defaming or slandering the Company or third parties, or damaging their honor or credibility
- Providing benefits to, or otherwise cooperating with, antisocial forces
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Site
- Any other acts that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights in the text, images, logos, designs, and all other content on the Site belong to the Company or to third parties holding legitimate rights. Users must not reproduce, repost, modify, or distribute such content beyond the scope of private use or as otherwise permitted by law.
Article 8 (Disclaimer and Product Precautions)
- The products sold on the Site are food products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease.
- Taste and physical experience vary from person to person. The Company does not guarantee any specific effect or efficacy.
- If you have food allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are undergoing medical treatment or taking medication, please check the ingredient list and consult a physician as necessary.
- The Company is not liable for damages incurred by Users in connection with the use of the Site or the products, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company. Even where the Company is liable, the amount of compensation shall be limited to the price of the product concerned, to the extent not contrary to the Consumer Contract Act of Japan or other mandatory laws.
Article 9 (Suspension or Modification of the Site)
The Company may suspend or modify all or part of the Site without prior notice due to system maintenance, failures, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. The Company's liability for damages incurred by Users as a result shall be governed by Article 8, Paragraph 4.
Article 10 (Changes to These Terms)
- The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with the Civil Code of Japan where the amendment conforms to the general interests of Users, or where it is reasonable and not contrary to the purpose of the contract.
- The amended Terms take effect when posted on the Site or on the effective date specified by the Company. For material changes, the Company will provide notice on the Site before they take effect.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- In the event of any dispute between the Company and a User regarding the Site or these Terms, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
