Article 1 (Application)
These Terms govern the conditions of use of the website and online store (hereinafter "the Service") provided by DoSee Wellness (hereinafter "the Company"). Users agree to these Terms before using the Service.
Article 2 (User Registration)
- Those wishing to use the Service must apply for registration by the method prescribed by the Company after agreeing to these Terms. Registration is completed upon the Company's approval.

Article 3 (Purchase and Delivery of Products)
- Users may purchase the Company's products through the Service.
- Products are delivered by carriers designated by the Company. Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery destination and order amount.
- Ownership of a product transfers from the Company to the user when payment for the product is completed and the product is delivered to the user.
Article 4 (Returns and Exchanges)
- If a product is defective or a product different from what was ordered is delivered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange an exchange or refund at our expense.
- Returns and exchanges due to customer preference are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only for unopened and unused products. In such cases, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
- Due to the nature of food products, returns and exchanges after opening cannot be accepted.
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in any of the following conduct when using the Service:
- Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
- Conduct related to criminal activity
- Conduct that infringes intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of the Company, other users of the Service, or third parties
- Conduct that places excessive load on the network or system of the Service
- Conduct that may interfere with the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Collecting or accumulating personal information of other users
- Using the Service for improper purposes
- Conduct that causes disadvantage, harm, or discomfort to other users of the Service or other third parties
- Directly or indirectly providing benefits to antisocial forces in connection with the Company's services
- Any other conduct that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 6 (Suspension of the Service)
- The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users if it determines that any of the following apply:
- When performing maintenance or updates to the computer systems of the Service
- When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster
- When computers or communication lines are stopped due to an accident
- When the Company otherwise determines that provision of the Service is difficult
- The Company bears no liability for any disadvantage or damage suffered by users or third parties as a result of the suspension or interruption of the Service.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Company bears no responsibility for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between users and other users or third parties in connection with the Service.
- The Company bears no liability for any damages suffered by users arising from the Service. However, this disclaimer does not apply where the contract between the Company and the user constitutes a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act.
Article 8 (Changes to the Service)
The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue the Service without notice to users, and bears no liability for any damages to users arising therefrom.
Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change these Terms at any time without notice to users when it deems necessary. The revised Terms take effect from the time they are posted on this website.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law.
- In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
